Redbridge Cycling Centre write:

We are hosting a British Cycling Level 3 course in performance road cycling on the Thursday the 11^th and Friday the 12^th and are looking for riders to participate in the free coaching sessions as part of this. The sessions are at 13:00-16:00 on the 11^th and 9:00-13:00 on the 12^th and you can attend either or both of these. We are looking for adult, U14 and U16 road riders and the coaching will involve team time trials, sprinting and breaks.
