February Half Term Courses
Developing cycling skills during the school holidays
All sessions cost £12.50 per child. Bikes are available to hire for an extra £7.50. All courses are 3 hours long. To book or for more details please call 0208 5009359, with payment by debit or credit card. Ages are for guidelines only so please call the Centre to check suitability of course for the child. A parental consent form is also required prior to the session. Courses are all held outdoors so please be prepared for inclement weather. Refunds will only be given for course cancellations by the centre.

Novice Go-ride Skills 5-10yrs

Monday 12th February and Tuesday 13th February 13:00-16:00

Fun skills in our coaching area concentrating on basic cycling techniques (must be able to ride without stabilizers).

Intermediate Go-ride Skills 5-10yrs

Thursday 15th February 10:00-13:00

Basic skill development, partly in our coaching area and then on the circuit, for riders who have completed the Novice Go-ride skills course.


Advanced Go-ride Skills 8 yrs +

Friday 16th February 13:00-16:00

Further skills development on the circuit for riders who have completed the Intermediate Go-ride skills course.


Introduction to Mountain Biking 8-16 yrs

Wednesday 14th February 10:00-13:00

Suitable for riders who have limited off road cycling experience.


Introduction to BMX 8-16 yrs

Monday 12th February 10:00-13:00

Wednesday 14th February 13:00-16:00

Suitable for competent cyclists who wish to try BMX, this course is an induction to the basic techniques needed to ride the BMX track safely.


BMX Follow-Up 8-16 yrs

Friday 16th February 10:00-13:00

Suitable for rides who have completed the BMX induction or who have limited BMX experience.


Introduction to Road Racing 8-16 yrs

Thursday 15th February 13:00-16:00

Suitable for riders who are competent cyclists and would like to try road racing bikes and techniques. Minimum height 138cm
