We meet on most Saturday mornings at Redbridge Cycling Centre, Forest Road, Hainault, IG6 3HP.  

This facility has a purpose-built road circuit and mountain bike trails that are safe from road traffic plus a clubhouse with changing facilities and a cafe.  Our mountain bike riders also ride the off-road trails in nearby Hainault Forest Country Park.

All of our riders are organised into groups based on their ability and experience.  Every group has at least one qualified British Cycling coach and also parent helpers.  As the riders develop their skills, they can move between the different groups.

We run group coaching sessions as follows:

• Road coaching on Saturday mornings from 9.45 to 12.00 on the road circuit at Redbridge Cycling Centre.

• Mountain bike coaching on Saturday mornings from 10.15 to 12.15 on the off-road trails at Redbridge Cycling Centre and/or Hainault Forest Country Park

• The Saturday morning sessions continue throughout the year except for when races are being held at the centre. We have a break over the Summer holidays and also over the Christmas period.

• We also run track coaching sessions at Lee Valley Velodrome, and evening road training sessions at Redbridge - check the Events page to see when these sessions are on.

The cost for each session at Redbridge Cycling Centre is £5. 

All riders are required to sign-on prior to the session and a parent or guardian is required to remain on-site for the duration of the session.
